Bilfinger Berger Australia has a new name
On the 8th July 2010, the Bilfinger Berger AG Executive Board approved a change of name of Bilfinger Berger Australia to Valemus Australia Pty Limited (to be known as Valemus). Bilfinger Berger AG also approved a change of name of Bilfinger Berger Services (a subsidiary company of Valemus) to Conneq Infrastructure Services Pty Limited (to be known as Conneq).

Bilfinger Berger Services secures new contracts with baseload generators
Specialist engineering, construction and asset management contractor, Bilfinger Berger Services (BBS), has secured a new contract to provide maintenance services to Liddell Power Station in New South Wales and a contract extension for work at the Kogan Creek Power Station in Queensland.

Conneq the new name for BBS
Valemus Limited, formerly Bilfinger Berger Australia, has today lodged its prospectus for an initial public offering to list on the Australian Securities Exchange. On completion of the process, subsidiary Bilfinger Berger Services (BBS) will change its trading name to Conneq.
